Convert the Bondi Icebergs’ 50-metre Olympic pool into one giant Jim Beam esky including 2,500 custom-fabricated and gang-moulded ice cubes & 33 giant cans of Jim Beam (2.8m high) for the bourbon brand’s international TVC. The challenge: 5 weeks to build, 36 hours to install & de-install.
